Look elsewhere. Company has changed a lot over past 3 years and is going downhill. Many VPs are leaving and they are re-arranging internal organization structure. Products are not working, almost impossible to sell. Upper management turns blind eye to employees needs. No SDR support/inbound leads.

Bad. They did not pay well and made up for it by saying it was a 6 month promotion track. We were told a 6 month promotion track then they tried to gaslight us into thinking we were never told that and all came to the same false conclusion separately.

Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.
