Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.

Once, the director understands her own nonsense, than it will grow. If not, it'll be a tough time

The company is on the up. I think there just needs to be more transparent with Employees and help them to feel valued and have a chance at reaching quota with proper coaching and support.
