Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.

Hard work is barely recognized, they only promote people who they like "go out with" even if you do well. Raise's are minimal and rare.
