Hard work is barely recognized, they only promote people who they like "go out with" even if you do well. Raise's are minimal and rare.

Once they finished their training (1 week of a PowerPoint). They said they expect me to 2x my quota from everyone. Didn’t last a quarter because I had no idea what I was selling, no training, and the SDR manager said figure it out.

experience was great, learned a lot, coworkers are friendly, strong product but a little bit pricey so can be tough with penny pinchers and in this economy, essentially every deal is discounted. Great inbound leads as well. But the pay is atrocious compared to other companies, I know many many SDR's at other companies who have a higher base pay and are compensated...Read More

I don't think they should employee brand new to the industry and jobs for entry-level people. Their enablement program was horrible, and they don't seem to have many resources in place to have someone to ramp and onboard successfully.
