Tough place to work. If you must - you can start here in your selling career, build experience, and move elsewhere. Very few reps hit quota. Extremely under paid compared to industry average. They promote from within which is good, but in my opinion bad. Leadership has no experience outside of SmartBear. Top reps leave to make more money elsewhere and those who stay get promoted to management. Product is a mess. Demand is still high but customers are never happy after purchase. Account managers get their books changed every year. No time to grow an account or build relationships. Ton of churn from reps to product to marketing because of the lack of compensation.

Some favourtism towards certain reps. Base is good for Galway, comp plan has no ceiling , most high performing reps making 110k

Decent place if you are starting out as they don't pay great. Promotions in EMEA is a popularity contest. If you are in the VP's good books you're grand else you'd be overlooked. Middle management are busy pandering so that's not helpful.
