AEs have lost low pipeline deals to a pilot program. When combined with the 30% comp reduction above has proven to be disruptive to the floor’s book of business.
If you’re not a senior AE, you’re not getting inbound leads. Those are saved for the several seniors in the org. The seniors are also struggling because of lack of inbound business. So there isn’t enough to go around to the floor of 40+.
