My experience at SmartAsset was not a good one. They brought me in to consult on an initiative only to get rid of the CRO and the initiative I was consulting on. Additionally, the data security measures were lacking in security and the lead generation service provided was very disingenuine for their end consumers.

The comp has been slashed by 30% for selling to BDs, which represents the majority of the buying market. AEs have lost low pipeline deals to a pilot program. Fun company to work at. The people are great but the challenge is in some of the restrictions in who we can prospect as clients. Additional, can have a call-center vibe, not that that is a bad thing but can be overwhelming.
