Good place to work if work-life balance is all you're going for. Bad place to work if you're trying to make money. They find ways to compensate you as little as possible on commission.

My experience has been very very poor. I was skeptical on accepting their offer but on my final call with a head manager he told me that almost every rep is hitting quota and bringing in about $130k each year and the comp structure was getting more lucrative soon. Fun company to work at. The people are great but the challenge is in some of the restrictions in who we can prospect as clients. Additional, can have a call-center vibe, not that that is a bad thing but can be overwhelming.
