Compensation is above local market average but below global market average. Very flexible and open environment, ideal for self-starters. Not a sales-driven organisation though, too much power from product and finance and loads of unnecessary processes and policies. If you have a good manager, you'll enjoy it, if you haven't, you are doomed as leadership is very poor.

Great. It changed for the worse at the end because the company became bloated, but it was always a great company to work for.
