Slack has been great to work at and it seems that it is only getting better in terms of what the selling motion will be. With tighter alignment to Salesforce, I believe a lot more ACV and wins will be had.

My overal experience was positive, but not with the current Salesforce leadership. Hard to sell against Teams as well.

Slack is a great product and company. They did over higher and cut the accounts too thin. No one was hitting quota, I had two managers quit within a year and then there were three rounds of layoffs. I'm sure it was an amazing place to work years ago.

Things were better when Slack wasn’t owned by Salesforce. Earnings potential has sadly plummeted.
