Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Salesforce absolutely ruined the culture. By the time i left there was a culture of deep pessimism and fear. Also, Salesforce has no strategy for Slack. The plan was to use Slack as the connective tissue of the SFDC platform, that strategy failed because the products were never integrated from a functional standpoint and the SFDC reps didn't bother to learn what Slack was and barely bothered to bring it up to customers. Finally, Microsoft Teams was eating our lunch. Although Slack is a great product it is essentially viewed as a glorified DM platform and is therefore treated as a commodity. Salesforce & Slack missed an opportunity to create a meaningful differentiator by integrating with CRM in a more creative and innovative way, but they whiffed big time. Browse Other Reviews
