All your success is predicated upon which territory you find yourself in. Leadership is full of dashboard refreshers except for a few inspiring coach style leaders. Many folks are being managed out via PIPs (after layoffs) despite working hard. In office mandate though many are not following it. Very weird culture that seems like a cult at times because it’s well, Salesforce. Ohana for all

Great company a few years ago, challenging these days as we're integrating with Salesforce, and GTM feels like the wild wild west a bit. If they figure out how to calibrate the GTM Salesforce with Slack, there may be good upside in the future, but right now it feels chaotic.
