Quotas have increased 3 - 4x. Salesforce has completed absorbing all product and CS teams, meaning innovation has grinded to a halt. This will likely be the last year of Slack AEs before there is a restructuring. Despite being the only cloud achieving high growth, I can no longer recommend joining slack.

Great product, needs better alignment with Salesforce product offering. Working as a co-prime with Salesforce reps is frustrating.

The product is struggling against Teams. It doesn't matter how good you are, it only matters if you get the right account at the right time. Talent doesn't matter, anyone could do this position but its like gambling, you take a chance on getting no opportunity or a great opportunity.
