Slack has been consumed by the Salesforce machine and we are slowly being edged out to be co-primes. Sales leadership loves fake pipeline and deep opportunity reviews so be prepared. The sales tech stack has been decimated by eating our own Dogfood at Salesforce and leaves a lot to be desired. Slack OG leaders are down to earth. The product roadmap looks sick - but will take some time to get product/market fit and edge out competitor incumbents.

Very poor with the Salesforce acquisition, the culture is in the toilet and its very difficult to hit your number

Slack is a great place to sell if you have the right book. Most of the enterprise accounts have already been sold out. Multi year agreements, and add on products that enterprise accounts don’t want to buy, make it hard to sell into the sold out accounts. Making it extremely hard to hit your number.
