Salesforce isn't for everyone. Compensation and benefits are world-class but you're absolutely just a cog in the machine. Managers care primarily about upward mobility and in-general I felt it to be a fairly selfish environment. Slack is a great place to sell if you have the right book. Most of the enterprise accounts have already been sold out. Multi year agreements, and add on products that enterprise accounts don’t want to buy, make it hard to sell into the sold out accounts. Making it extremely hard to hit your number.
