New leadership brought with it unparalleled toxicity and cult-like behavior. Otherwise, great people and solid product. Comp was a mess. Sales people working months and months without comp plans.

90% of SDR’s do not hit their target. Commission team will try to make the comp plan as complicated as possible. If you achieve your target or more it’s a good place to work. If you miss your target you don’t earn anything
