This was a fairly stress free workplace. However, there is little to no way to hit your overall number unless you somehow get a bluebird or they let you run some sales play that doesn't net the company any money other than better margin.

Sitecore is a great company to work for with an excellent product to sell in a very competitive market. Sitecore is going through post pandemic growing pains after Private Equity ownership failed to sell the company last fiscal year. New board and new CEO installed and much of the existing leadership was shipped out. Company is restructuring. Likely a lot of opportunity and risk jumping in right now after many internal changes.
