Dumpster fire. Avoid at all costs. Management is all ex-SAP and has been trying to turn Sitecore into a similar type of company. They also lie to their entire customer / market base about being part of the MACH alliance. They are not MACH!

Overall decent gig, really depends on your territory though. ELT is adverse to investing in the business, profit above all.

Lots of changes in the org with new leadership. New commission structure is coming out do to the last one being terrible
