There is clearly a strong product market fit in the data that Similarweb provides is incredibly powerful. However, the major concern that a lot of people in sales feels is the lack of our commitment to a particular go to market strategy. A lot of the most tenured people are leaving / have already left the organization from quiet firing, burnout, or better opportunities which shows that there’s shaky confidence in leadership’s commitment to sticking to a particular GTM strategy and executing on it well. There has also been a recent frequent changes in leadership as well as a shift in the overall organizational structure that is jostling to morale and execution strategy
