Support for sales teams is lacking and executives are not well oriented with core GTM structure and the resources required to drive sales at a large scale which hinders growth and extends sales cycles unnecessarily.

The company is going through a lot of change right now and new leadership has their heart in the right place. However, theres a lack of product market fit with exception to a few select industries / verticals. New sales roles are tough here as a result. Upsell roles are much easier here (assuming you get an ok book of business)

The organization clearly lacks day to day leadership from the c-suite and broken processes are met with bandaid solutions that leave customers and employees wanting for a more long-term fix to systemic problems.
