Good company all around. There's a lot of DIY learning and moving pieces when they restructure the teams and accounts - they switch things up every quarter or two so be adaptable. Compensation could be higher, but the good outweighs the bad. There's a path to $200K+, but is often based on the lead quality and segment you're place in.

Great place to work. Take great care of its people. In contrast the demand and expectations are very high. You don’t get to miss quota more than 2 quarters before you are out the door

Decisions that affect quota attainment are made on a whim or are based on bad data; territory changes every 6 months and leadership continues to hire more sales people without an increase in TAM.
