Too many large scale changes introduced at the last second with no notice, no rollout plan, and no relief on quotas when our tools don't work for weeks on end.
Our quota jumped over 330% overnight right before they "migrated" us from Salesforce Lightning to Salesforce Banff (we're somehow still mid-transition over a month later), changed our Salesloft, erased all of our previous conversations and data we used to close deals, stated we're moving from Slack to Workplace (but now we just have both), sunset all the reports we used to manage accounts, built out a half functioning dashboard, and then rolled out a half-finished product and told us to sell it.
This has resulted in numerous deeply experiences for merchants and us, non-stop frustration from everyone in the org, and with reps getting "bait and switched" constantly (made to start their new jobs with no contract to sign, no knowledge of compensation aside from hinting at higher numbers, and much higher targets), it's unsurprising trust is the main issue with Shopify and they're facing many lawsuits.
