Education and Enablement for SDRs is a joke: you're taught by someone who hasn't held a closing sales position in their career and a TEDTalk Hype expert. When certified, you're a combination AE/SDR while only being paid SDR money; you provide an intense discovery and qualification process and hand off your hard work to an AE who will, more often than not, argue about disqualifying the opportunity to boost their closing numbers. The process is insanely bureaucratic.
Also, you're constantly scrubbing SalesForce for them because of the amount of duplicates and unsubstantiated data that they've accumulated.
Functionally, they're an incredible company that is truly helping the service industry grow their business. Internally, there is a lot to be done about simplifying the Sales Development process by focusing the SDRs on prospecting and qualifying potential opportunities. Browse Other Reviews
