Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

The AE's have a decent amount of discretion to disqualify your booked meetings for multiple reasons. You must book your meetings with precise details.
