Amazing product that is easy to sell. Path from SDR to AE is pretty non existent. Insanely high turn over for a sales org.

It was a great company with some awesome individuals. I truly believe I joined the company at a transitional period which was quite a difficult adjustment for the organization. Middle management was not held accountable for shortcomings leading to very high turnover in customer facing positions.

Very cut throat XDR org - churn and burn environment. Even new SDRs who are in ramping will get put on a coaching plan/pip in ramp and experienced SDRs are let go if they had a back to back rough months. I saw many employees get stabbed in the back. The people they chose for management should not be managers. Such a high turnover is no wonder they bad management. Came from a Fortune 500 company of the highest professionalism and most of the ST management team are the type of people I wouldn’t want leading me. But the ten percent of good managers are awesome.
