Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period. This place was awful. Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. We got trained on one thing, switched to a new team the next month, and then threatened with a PiP. I left directly after. Every person I worked with told me I got out at the right time.
