This place was awful. Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. We got trained on one thing, switched to a new team the next month, and then threatened with a PiP. I left directly after. Every person I worked with told me I got out at the right time. Never work here!

New leadership is changing how we're compensated adding caps and changing metrics drastically starting in 2025. 800 calls per month, 160 connects/month (have to have calls recorded over a minute with information gathering), 20 meetings per month, $20K pipeline qualified monthly, 5 SQO's monthly, $6K closed/won monthly

Pretty decent company, tough if you aren't hitting quota. cYou are either thriving or drowning.. no real in between. Great benefits, pretty decent leadership if your manager is good.
