The leads given are ones that have been recycled over and over to the point where when the next SDR calls they feel like they're being harassed. Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. We got trained on one thing, switched to a new team the next month, and then threatened with a PiP. I left directly after. Every person I worked with told me I got out at the right time.
