Former Employee ServiceNow has an incredible brand in IT. ELT is excellent. The benefits and culture are good. That said I’d recommend exploring roles in field sales (not workflows). The matrix sales model hasn’t been refined yet. Quotas can be extremely high (north of $5M annually), and when a client reduces spend at renewal that negatively impacts your commission.
