Great company, great product, just chaotic. They’re still figuring out the CSM structure which made the role extremely tough to figure out and had little guidance as a remote employee. They seem to be offering hybrid only now, probably due to the lack of direction remote employees were given.

Overall good organization and great product. Going through lots of growth so constant changes. Midmarket does not have as many as resources as we need and our base should be higher
