Training, development, product, has all regressed in the last year due to revolving door of upper management. At times several different individuals are conducting training on a new sales process that completely contradicts something that was covered a week ago.

Too much change from buyouts. Keep adding more workload and less pay. Got rid of sdr team, 100% full cycle with a few unqualified inbound leads from Facebook ads. Micro manage. Underpaid.
