Training, development, product, has all regressed in the last year due to revolving door of upper management. At times several different individuals are conducting training on a new sales process that completely contradicts something that was covered a week ago.

Having BDR sourced leads only in order to hit quota meant solely relying on the BDR team's ability to book quality meetings. Which, at the time - was not always guaranteed.
