My time at Seamless has been good, the culture is cool. I found working remote has helped with my mental health. I'm on zoom with the team for the majority of the day and that's fine. Management is really good about allowing me to take breaks. Quota is much harder in the beginning as you establish yourself, it took me personally a person who is not tech savvy a good month to fully understand the seamless product. Once I did, I found my groove in about 3-4 months. First couple of months were really hard and that's where those who quit do it early. To who stick it out rise to management semi quickly/normal.

My overall experience was fantastic. A great culture with even better people and I would highly recommend this to recent graduates and people wanting to break into the tech industry.

Seamless is a good company to work for. My leaders have been helpful when i truly needed it. but they let me struggle some so that I could figure out what I really needed to know. Most of my co-workers were pleasant but not as talkative as I would have liked. I would love to see more team building exercises and be able to get to know more of my co-workers.
