This company is for winners. You need to have a growth mindset to work here. If you are not promoted in the first 3-6 months you should look for a new job because they most likely will never give you a decent shot. There is no room for negotiation as the upper management does not care about your commission. They are a business and focused on profits. If you are just starting out or if you have a CLEAR vision for your future then seamless is right for you

My overall experience was subpar. Although I was able to hit quota, there were a vast majority of coworkers that would lose their job in under a month. The director level and VP level leaders are AWFUL, and treat everyone beneath them like a number. The managers however, are heaven sent.
