I am very introverted but this job helped me break out of my shell, I learned a ton and made a good bit of $ along the way! I always use to be a bit timid/shy, etc. but I learned to face and overcome objections in this role which increased my inner worth or just my confidence in general. Opportunity to make a lot of money. So many jobs have poor comp plans for sales agents even though they're the lifeline of any company! Seamless comp is top 1%, I'd say across multiple industries.
