Opportunity to make a lot of money. So many jobs have poor comp plans for sales agents even though they're the lifeline of any company! Seamless comp is top 1%, I'd say across multiple industries. Yeah of course it is and was hard work, but there's built in recurring income % for the users you do sell so it gets easier over time. Opportunity to make over $100k in 2 years is doable, maybe 3-4 years for those who've never sold before. But again, big rewards came with big effort required 40 hours of work per week.

Working here has been pretty solid. The software is constantly evolving, and it's exciting to help clients leverage new features. I love the flexibility. Management is responsive, and there's a clear path for advancement. It's not always easy, but it's definitely worth it.
