Why are some reviews really good for this company, but most are awful? Are the good ones fake?

The good ones are mostly fake. When I worked there, we were “asked” by leadership to go post positive reviews to push the negative reviews down. From reading the reviews and having experience working there, I can confidently say the negative reviews are true and you should stay away.

The good ones are all fake. Employees are constantly asked to leave good reviews. They recently got caught making up fake reviews for their product on G2 as well.

Notice how on Glassdoor half of the reviews sound exactly the same and the biggest complaint is that “it’s remote”

I was an AE there. It was not great. My mgr was young and arrogant. Many of them are. If you’re not into monotonous work, with a “rah rah look how great leadership is, I want to be just like them when I grow up. LFG!” mentality while being micromanaged and getting swamped with internal msgs, pass.

High turnover, unfortunately. There's a lot of great people here that stay and make a good career for themselves, but I would suggest you do some research to make sure that you're aligned with the culture. If it's not for you, you'll likely get burned out. If it's exciting to you, reach out to an employee that's been here 3+ years and have a convo. Everyone here is really nice and wants to do well by their customers and the company. There just happens to be a lot of bad eggs that unfortunately didn't make it and have some spite towards leadership and the company.

More bad than good. If you are trying to break in as a new AE its nearly impossible.  All the top talent leaves because its hard to make money here due to all the decent leads going to management.  They will push you to take as many meetings as you can with almost all being terrible leads.  It appears C suite is prepping for an exit and CEO wants to sell as much merch in the meantime. The product is fantastic use it to crush at a better org.

I wouldn't say fake they’re just left right when you start the job as they strongly encourage you to do so. Google their reviews - tons of folks can’t cancel or are auto renewed with no courtesy notice. Kind of says it all imo.
