Do not work here. Does not matter how much many time you hit over double quota, awards, incentives you make or how much you over achieve. You are just a number and will be picked off a list with no consideration of your efforts or work. You will be let go with 0 notice based off whatever small fine print they can come up with to find someone who is cheaper.

A great company with great leadership from managers, directors all the way to the CEO. SMB/Commercial sales has been getting tougher to sell to and much more of a grind as the product, while superior in the industry, caters towards more larger companies.

Great company from an innovation, product, culture and leadership standpoint. CEO is a visionary. The main faults are the pay.
