Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Inbound lead flow always had its favorites. 90% of my sales were outbound and I really got burned out. Most reps end up in PIP After Q3 because they cant hit quota. PIP is not really based in performance as many reps who didnt hoy quota werent in PIP . There is a lot of favoritism in Latam. Comissions were amazing at first but afterwards with poor leads and hiring around 20 new reps Comissions werent that Good. l got many accounts taken of my territory that were on proposal. Samsara also didnt invest in any sales training it was just product training. Started great and ended up being a terrible experience. Browse Other Reviews
