Overall the experience hasn't been as good as I would have hoped. There's definitely a good culture but the reviews are accurate that the Inbound rule is not extremely fruitful. Prior sales skills don't necessarily apply and it seems to be a lot of luck involved with succeeding. They are in the process of figuring things out and all in all I would still recommend working there but its high stress and difficulty to come across opps for the low base salary

Samsara definitely is a good company to start your career. A lot of your success will fall into the hands of other people deciding how hard they want to work. Definitely frustration in the inbound team but they are actively working to resolve it.
