There's definitely a good culture but the reviews are accurate that the Inbound rule is not extremely fruitful. Prior sales skills don't necessarily apply and it seems to be a lot of luck involved with succeeding. They are in the process of figuring things out and all in all I would still recommend working there but its high stress and difficulty to come across opps for the low base salary Former Employee Fantastic company. Grateful to have spent many years at Samsara.
