Awful company that is based off politics. Nothing makes sense here. Managers suck, everyone hates their job, people get PIPed immediately. Worked 70-80 hour weeks but was told we could only log 43 hours max. Consistently told we are not good enough. Products aren’t great. Very car salesmen environment.

Leadership made a huge difference at Salesforce. My hiring manager who I worked for 6 months was great! Tough but a true leader. He was promoted and I got stuck with a first time people manager that was terrible. He doesn't want to lead, he focused on micromanaging and making sure he got all the credit when a deal closed.
