They pushed this whole "Ohana" family vibe really hard, which felt a bit forced - especially when they kept hitting us with these wild 30% growth targets that nobody could realistically hit. Like, you can't just keep throwing "family culture" at people and expect them to be cool with below-market pay and impossible quotas. Still, I managed to crush my numbers and picked up some great skills along the way, so I guess it wasn't all bad.
