They decided to focus on the core solutions (CRM and Email) and got rid of the specialist roles - other specialist roles like Mulesoft or Tableau are also at risk for this in the future.
Salesforce has high comp and definitely a pro-sales culture, but as with any big company there are a lot of internal politics. There is a lot of talk about innovation, but the product development pace and focus on non-CRM products is slow and lacking.
Make sure you are 100% sure of your territory and leadership before taking a role. Lot's of mediocre leaders and AEs. Browse Other Reviews
