Current Employee I've grown more than I could have imagined personally or professionally during my time at Salesforce. I'm very grateful for their dedication to building, developing, and coaching a consultative sell. However, current SMB leadership are still navigating how to adjust to the macro headwinds and a remote labor force, while solving for a slowing growth rate and they've responded by over-indexing on enablement and training, which is causing a lot of frustration and burnout by employees. I'm confident Salesforce will apply creativity, take feedback, and ultimately be successful tackling this issue. Browse Other Reviews
