Increasingly difficult as they intentionally flood the market with AEs (small account bases) and co-primes. Next to zero lead flow due to saturation in the market.

I loved working at Salesforce prior to the last 8 months. The culture significantly shifted after activist investor pursuits and aggressive layoffs. This is why I made the move to Adobe.

Good place to build the foundation of your Sales Career, Territories are a mess and Compensation Structure is very complex so that you have to hit multiple things to get normal compensation. If you just do 40-70% of your quota you will be punished with a 0.6 Multiplier on your earnings.

My overall experience was positive. There are endless learning opportunities given the size of the product portfolio and the business units that reps can sell into. Compensation is less than market due to the fact that there is so much talent at Salesforce and waiting to get into Salesforce.
