Very negative experience. The management is rude, aggressive, intrusive and toxic. No work life balance. Inflexible and closed minded to new approaches. The people in the management are old fashioned, not encouraging agile or innovative thinking at all and very biased without being able to clearly identify a problem.

Okay - uncertainty about staying relevant in the market. Shifted to monthly targets and 4 days unforced rto was off putting.
