Back to ReviewsFormer Employee In my experience it really depended who your manager was. Promotions were increasingly more and more difficult in customer success and got more nuanced. If your boss was lazy or didn’t have time to help you get promoted, it wouldn’t happen even if you tried hard and were overdue. Since the layoffs I’ve heard the culture has depleted. Customer success never had a clear vision of where they were going. The employee benefits are amazing though. Browse Other Reviews
