Great direct manager that protected our team from the usual bureaucracy at corporate companies. My direct team was also great. I was made redundant and the way it was done was not ideal but I enjoyed my time at Salesforce overall

Salesforce has turned into a dumpster fire. Upper management is clueless and our digital products are less and less relevant. Boomerangs tend to be paid higher than those who have stayed. I suggest looking elsewhere.

the company did a 180 since layoffs, the culture has become toxic with quotas jumping 60-150% in some cases retroactively... only opportunities to succeed are luck and favoritism. expect 0 back-up from managers although they acknowledge unrealistic expectations
