They let in some dreadful leaders and their only use is to spread their own personal misery. Dublin is now just an SMB hub so it's good for early career but get out after that if you're looking to work with bigger businesses.

Current Employee3.3Nov 29, 2023My overall experience is that Salesforce is a good company but in the midst of a power struggle. After embracing WFH, we are now required to be in 4 days minimum. We have had 3 price hikes in the last calendar year, and we've had a ton of leadership leave. I love Salesforce but definitel.y is scary right now.
