Both culture and earning potential has dropped significantly in SF Ireland over the last 2-3 years. They let in some dreadful leaders and their only use is to spread their own personal misery. Dublin is now just an SMB hub so it's good for early career but get out after that if you're looking to work with bigger businesses.

My overall experience has been great. The potential to promote is good but you have to wait for potential openings which can take forever. Leadership is trying to push very hard on things, and it is good for growth. Goals are sometimes unrealistic, but you are in a well known market so it makes it easier to sell.
