OK. Need to remove in office requirement, IMO. Have only 20 customers, so your success is largely dependent on your territory.

I came in at a weird time. Recruited from a place I spent many years at. I got to Salesforce and in a few months of working there following ramp, they announced layoffs. The entire premise of what they sold me on had changed. Fortunately, I wasn't let go, but I needed more stability at this particular time so I left.

Most cut throat culture I’ve been apart of. Reps who were top 10 in revenue were cut for not sourcing enough revenue on their own. Territories are completely skewed, good luck if you get a bad patch. You won’t make a dime.
